WHAT VANS ARE YOUR KITS COMPATIBLE WITH?
Our first love was a Volkswagen T5 van, so all of our kits are compatible with VW T5/T6 vans, both short and long-wheelbase models. We've been working with van conversions for over a decade so have also built up a range of designs that are compatible with other popular conversion models as well.

We have designed all our kits from scratch so know exactly how to adapt them to fit different-sized models. If you aren't sure what model would best suit your van, or want to discuss a bespoke customisation, we'd love to chat to you! Please get in touch with any specific sizing and compatibility questions.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
We offer shipping via Royal Mail for all of our smaller in-stock items. Shipping usually takes 3-5 working days.
Our furniture pods are made to order, so we allow up to 28 days between receiving the order, manufacturing, and the customer receiving their order. We use DHL to deliver our larger items and will supply you with a tracking number once the delivery has left our workshop.

If you can get to our workshop in Winford, near Bristol airport, we're happy for you to collect your item for free. Please get in touch to arrange a collection appointment.

If you have ordered a bespoke finish or a custom size we will let you know when you can expect delivery.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All our products are made to order, so if you do change your mind after checkout please let us know as soon as possible so we can stop production. We offer a 14-day window for refunds or exchanges on non-customised items. If you wish to send an item back, please contact us at tspokedesigns@gmail.co.uk to arrange delivery to our workshop.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on bespoke items. If your item is damaged or faulty we can offer a repair or replacement as appropriate.

MY VAN IS OUT OF ACTION AND I CAN'T PICK UP A PLY LINING KIT FROM YOUR WORKSHOP. CAN YOU HELP?
Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of these kits, our usual courier is unable to deliver them. However, we have found in the past that comparison sites like Shiply are handy for moving bulky items at short notice. We'll be happy to work with your chosen transport company to arrange collection from our workshop - please get in touch to arrange a time.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay. All online payments are processed through a secure payment centre.
CAN I SEE THE AVAILABLE FINISHES IN PERSON?
If you make an appointment to visit our workshop near Bristol airport, we'd love to show you all the available finishes in person! Otherwise we have plenty of photos that give you an idea of what each finish looks like in different lights. All have been chosen for their high quality and are proven to be hard-wearing and long-lasting.
CAN YOU MATCH THE FINISH TO AN EXISTING ITEM I HAVE IN MY VAN?
We love a challenge and have supplied many unusual and creative finishes for customers over the years. We work with several materials suppliers and can source most colours, patterns and textures for you at trade prices. If you already know exactly what you want, please get in touch and we can let you know if it's suitable for our process.
I'M REALLY BAD AT DIY, CAN YOU FIT THE KIT FOR ME?
Our kits are designed specifically for campervan conversions so they are simple to build and slot right into place in the van without needing a lot of DIY skills. We also supply instructions so all you need is a few basic tools and some enthusiasm to get a really professional-looking result. The furniture pods can also be supplied pre-built so all you have to do is fix them into place.
